Our Registration Process
Getting into college can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. The Awesome Team partners with experienced coaches who guide you every step of the way — from building a standout application to preparing for interviews. Together, we’ll make sure you’re putting your best foot forward with confidence. Let’s take the first step toward your future!
Registration Flow
1. Initial Family Meeting: We’ll begin with a meeting between the student, their parents, and our team. This allows us to understand your goals, preferences, and challenges. We’ll also walk you through the coaching program, its benefits, and the services available to support your success.
2. Matching You With the Right Coach: Based on your application, we carefully pair you with a coach who has the experience and expertise that fits your area of interest. Your coach will guide you through the program and provide the encouragement and tools you need to stay on track.
3. Student–Coach Kickoff Session: Once you are matched, we schedule your first session with your coach. In this session, your coach gets to know you better and begins developing a personalized coaching plan that aligns with your strengths, challenges, and goals.
4. Program Details and Next Steps: After your kickoff session, we provide your family with program details, including schedules, fees, and payment options. You leave this step with a clear roadmap and the confidence to move forward.
