Hello Zach,
I wanted to thank you for your assistance with my college application during my senior year of high school. I've now decided to work toward a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. My mother and I wanted to know if you would still be available to assist me with the graduate school application process. The application portal will be available this upcoming September. Once again, I want to thank you for all of your help during high school. I can't think of anyone else but you who could have been as helpful for college applications!
