Ting Chiu holds a degree in Organizational Management from Oglethorpe University and spent 16 years as a Montessori teacher before transitioning into financial services, where she has over two decades of experience. As the Founder of The Awesome Team Foundation, she empowers the next generation of leaders through transformative learning and practical financial strategies. Her mission is to uplift communities by equipping families with the knowledge and tools for lasting stability and success.

Toni Colina holds a degree in Marriage and Family Studies and Family and Human Services from Brigham Young University–Idaho. Her passion for helping families build healthy relationships and achieve financial well-being led her to pursue this field and enter the financial industry. Having personally experienced the consequences of financial illiteracy, she understands what it’s like to live in uncertainty and feel as though the future is hopeless. This is why she strongly believes in the mission of The Awesome Team Foundation and is committed to advancing its work as part of the solution to the ongoing economic challenges families face.

Tanni Gibson, CEBS, holds a BBA in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University and brings over 25 years of experience in benefits and retirement planning at major financial institutions. As an ambassadress and volunteer educator with The Awesome Team Foundation, she actively supports its mission to empower lives through financial education. She led the initiative to bring financial education classes to the Cobb County Sheriff’s Department, expanding the foundation’s reach and impact within the community.

Tina Cabadin holds a degree in Mathematics and began her career as a high school math teacher before transitioning into the financial industry. Seeing her daughter receive over $60,000 in scholarships through the application of financial education concepts and proper planning shaped her passion for financial literacy. As an ambassadress of The Awesome Team Foundation, she supports its mission to uplift and empower through education and mentorship. Her goal is to equip families with the knowledge and preparation needed to build strong, purpose-driven lives.

Gary Yip holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Mercer University and is a certified Registered Social Security Analyst. He brings over 10 years of experience in retirement planning, business planning, and investment management as a seasoned Financial Educator and Realtor. As a volunteer educator with The Awesome Team Foundation, he supports its mission by teaching core financial principles to individuals and families. His personal mission is to help communities achieve long-term financial security through education, awareness, and practical planning strategies.
